Our Land, Our Pigs, Our Salami.
After 20+ years of farming, we have our own way of working with our pigs and producing our delicious NON-GMO salamis.
Our pigs enjoy life on the farm, whether they're cozying up in the barn or celebrating comfort in numbers. They spend many of their days rooting in the cool earth under evergreen canopy.
When they're not grazing the forest, our pigs eat non-GMO feed, plus leftover whey and cheese scraps from our cheesemaking. They love this stuff — devouring 5-gallon buckets in an instant.
